Ingredients:  
1 medium turnip
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/3 stick butter
1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
1-2 Tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cook turnip in water until soft. Remove from heat, drain and mash turnip. Add cream, butter, bread crumbs and sugar. Mix well together. Put in a casserole dish and back at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
