1 29 oz. can of pumpkin
1 cup of vegetable oil
3 cups of sugar
4 eggs beaten
2/3 cup water

3 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, oil and eggs. Add pumpkin and water, mix well. Combine dry ingredients and add to the pumpkin mixture. Mix wet and dry ingredients and pour into 3 well greased/floured breadloaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Hint: put 3 loaf pans on a cookie sheet, side by side, and place in oven.
