1 Large green pepper, chopped very fine
1 Large onion, chopped very fine
1/2 Tablespoon paprsley
2 garlic cloves
1 stick of butter
pepper
grated cheese
tabasco sauce
1 Tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cans minced clams (7 1/2 oz.)
1/2 cup flavored bread crumbs

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400º

1. Saute green peppers, onion and garlic in butter.

2. Add parsley, pepper, oregano and 2-6 drops of tabasco,

3. In separate pot, simmer undrained clams with lemon juice for 10 minutes.

4. Mix into casserole and add breadcrumbs til the right consistency.

4. Top with grated cheese.

5. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes
