⅓ cup flour
1 t seasoned salt
dash: onion salt, dry mustard, white pepper
2 lb. filet of sole (Can also use tilapia)
⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
½ cup butter
¼ t dill weed
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, seasoned salt, mustard, pepper, and onion salt. Dredge fish in this mixture. Saute in butter over medium heat until lightly browned. Remove filets to platter. Add lemon juice and dill weed to butter (may need more butter). Heat and pour over fish. Sprinkle with paprika.
