8 small buns
1 lb. ham, sliced thin
1 lb. swiss cheese, sliced thin

Butter spread:
½ cup softened butter
2 T grated onion
2 T mustard (scant)
1 T poppy seed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter spread ingredients together. Top each bun with ham and cheese. Put butter spread on top. Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes
