* 1/2 cup shortening
* 1/2 cup flour
* 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat on high speed for 5 minutes. Mixture will be light and fluffy. Store in an air tight container in refrigerator. It keeps a long time. Use to coat all your baking pans instead of greasing and flouring them. Works great for cakes, breads etc.
