6 pork chops ¾ inch thick
1⅓ c. of packaged precooked rice, such as Minute Rice
1 c. orange juice
1 - 10½ oz. can condensed chicken rice soup
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Brown chops in a heavy skillet, season with salt and pepper to your taste.
Place cooked rice in rectangular baking pan at least 2 inches deep.
Pour orange juice over rice.
Arrange browned chops on rice down the middle of the pan (some overlap may be necessary).
Pour chicken rice soup over all.
Cover with foil, bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes.
