6 slices of bread with crust removed
1 lb. bulk sausage
½ c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese (reserve ¼ c.)
3 eggs (beaten)
1¼ c. milk
¾ c. Half and Half cream
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 jar sliced mushrooms
½ tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 small can chopped green chili peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Butter a rectangular cake pan or baking dish.
Place bread in bottom of dish side by side.
Cook and crumble sausage.
Sprinkle cooked sausage crumbles, drained sliced mushrooms and cheeses over the bread (reserve ¼ c. cheddar cheese).
Combine eggs, milk, Half and Half, Worcestershire and mustard in bowl and mix well. Pour over cheese layer.
Sprinkle with green chili peppers and remaining ¼ c. of cheese and cover with foil.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove foil for the last 10 minutes of baking.
Let cool 5 minutes before cutting to serve.
