3 lbs beef bottom round steak
meat tenderizer
3-4 onions, sliced
salt
pepper
garlic Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into slices (about 1/2 thick). Sprinkle with meat tenderizer and put back in refrigerator (this is best done in the morning). Brown meat in batches in a large pan with a little canola oil. On the last batch of browning meat, add sliced onions. Add all browned meat to pan with onions and cover with water. Sprinkle in salt, pepper and garlic salt. Cook for 3 hours over low heat adding water if necessary. Remove meat when very tender and thicken sauce with a cornstarch and water mixture. Let sauce come to a boil for full thickening to happen, Add gravy master to make the sauce a darker brown. Add meat to thickened sauce and serve with mashed potatoes.
