2 tbsp flour
salt and pepper
2 tbsp olive oil + extra if needed
¼ cup chopped prosciutto
2 tbsp chopped fresh sage
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp chopped oil packed sun-dried tomatoes
¼ cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves chopped
1½ lb pork tenderloin or chicken breasts cut in to ½ inch strips
⅔ cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Toss chicken or pork in seasoned flour

2. Heat oil in skillet over medium - high heat and brown off the chicken / pork and remove from the pan

3. Heat more oil in the skillet and saute the prosciutto, sage, parsley, sun-dried tomatoes, onion and garlic for 5 minutes until the onion is tender

4. Return the pork / chicken to the pan, stirring in the broth and heavy cream and bring to the boil

5. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 - 20 minutes, stirring occasionally and until sauce thickened

6. Season to taste and serve
