"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2-4 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
1 stick butter, melted
2 sleeves of Ritz Crackers, crushed in a gallon sized Ziploc baggie

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Melt butter in a microwavable dish. Dip the chicken breasts in butter, then coat with Ritz Crackers, and place on an aluminum foil lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for about 40 minutes or until golden brown.

Note: I cut the breasts in half lengthwise because I like a higher breading to chicken ratio and they cook faster. Heather
