3 egg omelet cut into strips
10 oz roast pork, chopped small
3 green onions, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup frozen green peas
2 black mushrooms, rehydrated and diced
½ cup bamboo shoots
2 T soy sauce
½ T sugar
½ t salt
dash of black pepper
2 cups cooked long grain rice (cook the day before and store in the refrigerator uncovered)
¼ t accent
3 T canola oil
1 t sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 3 T oil in the pan. Add green onion and garlic and stir fry for 1 minute over high heat. Add pork, peas, mushrooms and bamboo shoots and stir fry until peas are cooked. Add rice and soy sauce stirring constantly. Add accent, sugar, salt, sesame oil, egg and black pepper. Blend and mix well.
