1 thinly sliced stalk of celery
2 lbs carrots sliced
l bell pepper sliced
2 16oz cans sliced beets
1 onion sliced and rings separated
1 8oz can tomatoe sauce
1 8oz can water
15 pkg Equal
3/4 C vinegar
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
4 T Kraft Zesty Italian Reduced Calorie Dressing

Cook carrots for 25 min. Drain and mix with all other ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours before serving. Will keep 2 weeks in refrigerator.
