12 oz. of quality chocolate for melting
1 c. full fat sour cream at room temperature

Directions:
Directions:
Place chocolate in a microwave safe bowl; microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring between each one, until chocolate is melted and smooth. You can also do this in a double boiler if you choose. Allow chocolate to cool to room temperature. Stir sour cream into the melted chocolate with a wire whisk.

Frost cooled cake, cupcakes, or cookies as desired.
