1 can whole cranberry sauce
8 oz cream cheese
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
small can crushed pineapple, with juice
2 Tbsp sugar
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 small container whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Transfer to Pyrex serving dish, cover with foil, and freeze overnight. Remove before serving and let soften a bit.

My mother used to make this for holiday meals. None of us particularly craved plain cranberry sauce, but she felt we should have a cranberry dish anyway, for tradition’s sake. This is what she came up with, and it fits the bill very nicely.
