Directions: |
Directions:I like to cook my skinless chicken breasts in a crockpot on high for about 6 hours with chicken seasoned to your taste, and a 1/4 cup of water added to pot to keep in moisture. Once cooked, in a separate bowl, add the chicken that you have shredded or chopped. Add a little bit of the liquid to the bowl, as well. Add cream cheese, hot sauce, and dressing...blend well. Transfer mixture to a 9 inch baking dish and sprinkle with sharp cheddar cheese, or pepper jack cheese. Bake uncovered until lightly browned...about 20 minutes on 350 degrees. Remove from oven and garnish with cayenne pepper. Serve and spread on fresh hot bread cut into pieces. |

Notes: This is a hit every time! Who wants to eat a bag of chips at the Super Bowl Party when you can eat this instead? Easy and can be adjusted to whatever flavors your family and friends enjoy. You can make it spicier, or not. If you don't like Blue Cheese Dressing, then substitute that for Ranch Dressing. Go Crazy!
