3 pound beef chuck
1 large onion, chopped
1/4 cup vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt/pepper
(Can add a little worschester sauce)

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in slow cooker, top with onions.

Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cook on low 8-10 hours.

Remove meat, shred with to forks and stain broth. Combine shredded meat and strained broth.

Serve on toasted buns with broth for dipping OR serve on hot cooked egg noodles (the homemade kind found in the freezer section).
