2 large can puree tomatoes
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 large can tomato sauce
1 large can tomato paste
Several garlic cloves
Handful of sugar
1 chopped onion
Basil, oregano, parsley, garlic powder, salt
A good pour of red wine (to taste)
Pork sausages and meatballs

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausages, add onion and garlic and cook until soft. Add wine and cook down.

Add tomatoes and herbs and bring to a boil. check flavor. Add additional meats.

Simmer several hours, checking the flavor. Add spices or wine as desired.

OR, after bringing sauce to a boil, cover pot with foil and put on the lid. Bake at 250-300 for 5 hours. This can also be made in a crock pot.
