1 cup white vinegar
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white wine
1 Tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon thyme
3 Tablespoon salt
10 cloves garlic minced
1 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
2 halved chickens (4 halves)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and marinate chicken several hours in refrigerator. Grill chicken slowly until juices run clear.
