1 lb ground pork
1 head cabbage
1 large can sauerkraut
½ cup uncooked rice soaked overnight
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pork, rice, salt and pepper. Loosen cabbage leaves. Take one leaf and slice hard part off. Put handful of pork mixture in leaf and roll up. After all pork mixture is used, cut up leftover cabbage. Squeeze out excess juice from sauerkraut and place over pigs with cut up cabbage. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Lower and let simmer slowly for 3 hours.
