Poblano Soup Recipe

6 poblano peppers
2 cups chicken broth
tsp nutmeg
2 cup milk
3 tbsp margarine
1 tbsp flour
Salt/Pepper to taste

Turn on oven to broil
Place in poblanos & allow to blacken.
Remove peppers from oven & place in paper bag for 15-20 min.
Peel off skin, remove seeds & stems.
In blender combine poblano, pepper, salt, broth, and nutmeg.
Warm milk and set aside
Melt margarine & pour into flour, stir well.
Add warm milk.
Add poblano mixture
Simmer 30 minutes
