1 large box of Ritz Crackers
1 large bag of Rolo's (the unwrapped kind are the quickest!)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º

Lay out crackers across baking pan or cookie sheet. Top with 1 Rolo and place another cracker on top -making a sandwich.

Bake for 3 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately press (lightly) the top cracker down to squish the Rolo.

Cool & EAT.

Super quick and easy dessert for family dinners or work potlucks :)
