1 Avocado cut in circles and peeled
1 1/2 tsp olive oil
1/2 pound of meat of your choice ((beef,turkey,chicken).
2 medium sized Zucchini’s both colors cut 1 inch thickness
Pinch of salt
Any seasons you like add to your meat.
(Thyme,Italian seasons, oregano, pepper )

Preheat oven to 400
Oil the cookie sheet with olive oil
Coat zucchini both sides with the oil on the cookie sheet.
Add salt to top of zucchini
Place zucchini on sheet
Mix up your meat with seasons
Make small balls with the meat and press on top of the zucchini
Place uncovered in oven for 25 mins.
(Depending on the zucchini slices and how you enjoy them alter your cooking time)
I did 1 inch slices it took 25 mins to cook through and my burger was well done.
Once cooked let cool for a few minutes then add the sliced avocado.

Served with garden salad and best eaten with knife and fork.
