1 2-pound bag of frozen hash browns (let thaw about ½ hour)
1 large onion chopped fine
1 can cream of chicken soup
¾ soup can of milk
1 pound container of sour cream
1 stick of butter melted (I only use 3 or 4 tablespoons)
8 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed corn flakes
¼ tsp. Black pepper

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Spray a 13x9 baking pan with cooking spray and spread potato mixture evenly in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

This is either from Mom or Annette...old age prevents me from remembering...thanks to whoever gave it to me :) It is very easy and tasty, but I won't mention the calorie content. Goes well with Ham
