2-3 lbs potatoes
2-3 Cans of Cheddar Cheese Soup
2-3 Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Reserve ¼ - ½ C for topping)
Mile (½ C for each can of soup)
¾ - 1 Cup of minced onions
Salt
Pepper
Breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the potatoes and let them cool.
Peel, slice and dice
Heat the Cheese and milk together on stove or in microwave until easily blended and set aside
Butter the sides and bottom of a corning ware dish
Layer the potatoes, soup, onion, salt and beber and cheese until all 4 are gone
Take the reserved cheddar cheese and mix with breadcrumbs - add to top

Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until bubbly and brown

Optional: Bake the day before and then reheat before serving
Recommended: If you fill the dish all the way, bake on a baking sheet so it does not boil over
