Ingredients:  
1 onion (chopped) per loaf of bread
1 stalk of celery (chopped) per loaf of bread
Poultry seasoning
Bread Cubed and dried overnight
Margarine
Turkey Stock

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, celery and margarine
Combine with bread and poultry seasoning
Add Stalk until moist and well mixed


Variation - Make your own stalk by boiling the turkey innards on the stove for at least 2 hours and use that water
Variation - Use Cream of Onion and/or Cream of Celery Soup and reduce the amount of onion, celery and butter mixture (it is not recommended that you use only the soup as it will lose flavor)

Stuff inside turkey (do not pack) and cook according to turkey directions on place in a buttered dish and cook
