2 ¼ C flour
2 C sugar
½ tsp salt
1 tsp grated lemon peel (optional)
1 tsp vanilla
1 C butter or oleo
2 C Sour Cream
3 eggs


Icing
1 C powdered Sugar
1 - 2 Tbs lemon juice (enough to make mixture drizzle easy)
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and blend at low speed
Turn up to medium and beat for 3 minutes
Pour into pan
Bake @ 325 for 60-70 minutes
Coll before removing from pan

Drizzle with icing
