Ingredients:  
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground veal
2 eggs
1/4 - 1/2 C Locatella Cheese
1 tsp Garlic salt
1 Tbs Minced Onion (fresh or dried)
Breadcrumbs (Plain)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and veal together.
Stir and chop so that the mixture is very fine
Drain meat
WHile mixture is warm, place back on stove (but don't turn heat on)
Add eggs and mix well
Add cheese and mix well
Add Garlic Salt and Mined Onion
Add breadcrumbs until the mixture becomes the right consistency (sticks and stays together)

Bake inside turkey according to directions (you may need more than 1 batch depending on turkey size

OR

Bake in a corningware dish @ 350 for 30 minutes

*Optional* if you are making a turkey, take the liver, heart and gizzard, bed in a blender or food processor until it is almost liquid, add to the meat before the eggs or cheese.
