For Meat Stuffing there are two options - use those recipes
Prepare like meatballs without breadcrumbs or cheese
OR
Follow 2nd variation from Stuffed Cabbage

4-6 medium to large green peppers
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the peppers in half.
Seed and clean
Place the meat stuffing into peppers
In a pan, brown the meat side of the pepper and then place meat side up into a roasting pan
In a small bowl mix tomato soup and tomato sauce
Pour mixture over stuffed pepepers
Bake @ 325 for 1 1/2 - 2 hours

*Optional* finish cooking on top of the stove in a frying pan
