Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Equal amounts of ground veal, pork, turkey and ground round
Breadcrumbs (regular not seasoned)
Romain Cheese (1/2 C to 1 C depending on amount of meat)
Oragano
Onion Salt
Onion Poweder
Garlic Salt
Salt
Small Green Pepper
Small Onion
1/2 Celery Stalk
2 eggs per lb of ground meat
Bacon
Water
(Optional) Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in a large bowl
Add milk if too thick
Form meat into loaves
Place bacon at bottom of loaf pan
Place meat on top
Place more back on top fo loaf
Pir 1/2 Glass of Water into pan and over meatloaf
Cook 2 1/2 hours @ 325
Drain on coffee filters

(Optional) Form and roll on wax paper
(Optional) Serve with Tomato Sauce or Brown Gravy

Cooking Variation
Start at 375 for 15 minutes and then 350 for 1 hour
