1 lb hamburger meat
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 8 oz package mushrooms, sliced and fried until browned
6 beef bouillon cubes (or a box of stock and water combined to 6 cups)
6 cups water
2 carrots, chopped
1 can red kidney beans
1 28 ounce can diced tomatoes
2 potatoes, diced
parsley flakes, to taste
dried thyme, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Fry hamburger in large pot until browned and separated. Add celery and onions to pot. Fry until softened. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are cooked through.
