2 2/3 c. flour
1 c. butter
8-oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 oz. apricot preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Cut butter into flour. Stir in softened cream cheese. On floured board roll out dough to 1/4” thickness. Cut with a 2-3” diameter glass. Arrange on untreated cookie sheet. Dab center of each cookie with apricot preserves. Bake at 350º for 12 min.
