10 c chopped croissants
2 c milk
2 c cream
1 c sugar
1 c brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 9 x 13 pan.
Spread broken croissant pieces in pan. Whisk together other ingredients until well blended. Pour over the top. Cover and refrigerate one hour. Bake uncovered 35-40 minutes.
Serve with Buttermilk Syrup.
