Pre-heat oven to 450º

3 tbsp. butter or margarine
3 tbsp. flour
½ tsp. salt
2 cups milk
1½ cups cubed cooked ham
1 cup drained cooked lima beans
1 cup whole kernel corn
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
⅔ cup self-rising flour
⅓ cup yellow cornmeal
1 tbsp. sugar
¼ tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter or margarine (softened)
1 egg
⅓ cup milk

In saucepan, melt 3 tbsp. butter or margarine over low heat. Blend in 3 tbs, flour and ½ tsp. salt. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in 2 cups milk, heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Add to mixture ham, beans, cheese, corn, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Turn mixture into a well greased 2-quart casserole dish. Keep hot in oven while preparing topping.

Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over hot mixture. Spread evenly to edges of casserole. Bake 20 - 25 minutes until topping is golden brown.
