Ingredients:  
1 lb minced pork
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup bread crumbs (best if from scratch)
2 green onions, finely sliced
3 Tbsp water chestnuts, finely chopped
2 Tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped
2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
zest from one small lime
1 Tbsp fish sauce
2 tsp sweet chili sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together.
Form small meatballs and place on a broiler or baking pan.
Bake at 415º for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Turn the half way.
Remove from oven and coat in more sweet chili sauce.
Place on serving tray.

For the serving tray:
An extra small bowl of sweet chili sauce for serving/dipping.
Place the meatballs on a bed of:
one English cucumber, thinly sliced
grated carrot
