6 eggs beaten, 2 tsp. salt, 6 tbsp. milk, 4 c. flour, 2 large cans of chicken broth

Mix eggs, salt, flour, and milk together. You can use yellow food coloring to milk if your want the noodles to good more yellow. Roll. cut noodles. Let dry overnight. Heat chicken broth. Add noodles and cook until tender. if more juices is needed, add hot water or hot chicken broth.

This recipe was my Aunt Colleen's. Also, I add cooked chicken breast to make homemade chicken and noodles. Add alittle corn starch if the broth in noodles is too runny.
