50 Wontons
1 lrg chicken breast
8 oz. cream cheese softened
8 oz.pepper jack or Monterey Jack cheese shredded
5 oz.blue cheese crumbles
½ c. sour cream
½ tsp.red pepper
½ tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. thinly sliced green onion
Buffalo sauce
Olive oil spray

Finely dice chicken, season with red pepper, onion powder, garlic, salt and pepper, sauté in pan, and set aside to cool.

Combine cream cheese and sour cream, mix to smooth consistency. Add blue cheese, jack cheese, and chicken to mixture.

Place approx 1 tbsp mixture onto wonton, fold into triangle and seal edges of wonton with water.

Place on non-stick baking tray and lightly spray with olive oil. Bake in oven at 425º F for 8-10 min. Until golden brown.

Drizzle with buffalo sauce and garnish with green onion

I make this often for parties and it is always highly praised. The recipe is of my own making so all the spice measurements are approximate. It can be adjusted for desired spice. Also the buffalo sauce can be set on the side as a dipping sauce.
