1 large round steak
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
flour
oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into serving size pieces. Pound flour into the pieces of steak on both sides.
Brown the steak with a little oil in frying pan.
After browning put steak into a Dutch oven pan or large casserole dish.
Sprinkle onion soup mix over steak. Spread cream of mushroom soup on top.
Put just enough water in pan to cover meat. No need to salt and pepper.
Bake at 350º for 2 hours or until meat is tender and gravy is golden brown.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
