80 grams mascarpone
60 grams chorizo, diced finely
1/2 bunch basil, chopped
25 grams bread crumbs
salt
pepper
olive oil
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together, adding enough olive oil to give the stuffing the consistency you like. Use the stuffing for chicken breast, pork tenderloin, beef tenderloin, mushrooms etc. etc.
