2 c. flour
1 tsp.baking powder
1/3 c sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
8 tbsp. frozen butter
1/2 c raisins
1/2 c sour cream
1 large egg

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 400
Rack lower middle
med. bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder , salt and baking soda.
Grate butter into mix with big hole in grater, work in with fingers til coarse.
Stir in raisins
In small bowl whisk egg and sour cream
Using fork stir in sour cream with flour into large dough.
Roll into ball.
Place on litely floured board, make 7 inch circle about 3/4 in. thick.
Place on parchment paper on cookie sheet
Sprinkle with 1 tsp. sugar, cut in 8 pieces,move 1 inch aprt and bake 15-17 min.
Cool 5 min.
