2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 c. water
¾ c. butter
½ c. chunky peanut butter
¼ c. oil
2 eggs
½ c. buttermilk (or milk)
1 tsp. vanilla

FROSTING

⅔ c. sugar
⅓ c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. butter
⅓ c. chunky peanut butter
⅓ c. mini marshmallows
½ tsp. vanilla

Cake:

Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Bring to a boil, the water, butter, chunky peanut butter, and oil. Add to the dry ingredients and blend thoroughly. Add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Use a 15x10x1 inch pan that has been lightly greased or floured.
Bake in oven at 350º for 16 to 20 minutes.


Frosting:

Combing sugar, evaporated milk and butter. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in chunky peanut butter, marshmallows and vanilla. Spread over warm cake.
