* 1 cup egg beaters (8oz carton)
* 1 Tbsp vanilla
* 1 cup sugar
* 1 pint whipping cream
* 1 pint half & half
* dash of salt
* 1 cup whole milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg beaters, vanilla and sugar together in a bowl, add whipping cream, half &half and salt, mix well. Pour mixture into ice cream maker and add the cup of whole milk or enough of the whole milk so that the ice cream mixture reaches the fill line on the ice cream maker. Follow directions for your ice cream maker to freeze ice cream. After the ice cream is frozen it can be served immediately as a soft serve or put in the freezer for later.

Note: For some ice cream makers you will need rock salt and ice cubes to freeze the ice cream.

* A double recipe makes one gallon.
