12 oz. pasta of choice
6 ½ cups fresh broccoli florets, no stems (16 oz.)
1 lb. shrimp, peeled & deveined
Shrimp scampi seasoning mix
¼ cup olive oil
¼ stick of butter
A lot of parmesan cheese
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt & pepper

Directions:

1. Bring large pot of water to boil.
2. Once boiling, add pasta. Allow the water to come back to a boil and then add the broccoli and cook until pasta is al dente.
3. Meanwhile add the oil & butter to a skillet on medium heat. Once the butter has melted, add the shrimp and seasoning. Cook and stir until shrimp turns pink.
4. When pasta is done cooking, drain broccoli and pasta but reserve a little water in the pot.
5. Return the pot to the stove (medium to high heat) and add the pasta, broccoli & shrimp back in. Stir in parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder to taste. Continue to mix, breaking up any large pieces of broccoli.
6. Serve with additional cheese if desired.
