1⅓ cups flour
2 tbsp. white sugar
½ cup margarine
2 eggs
1¼ cups brown sugar, packed
¼ cup margarine, melted
1 cup raisins
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar and margarine in a food processor or mixing bowl until crumbly. Press into greased 9" square pan. Bake at 350º for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Beat eggs and brown sugar together with whisk until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spread over base. Bake 25 to 30 minutes longer or just until set and golden.

Under baking gives a soft slightly runny filling, or bake longer for a firmer more set filling.
