1 lb. linguine
4 cloves garlic, smashed
2 cans clams (unless you're using fresh)
1 bottle clam juice
1 cup white wine
red pepper flakes
2 T. butter
2 T. chopped Italian parsley
2 T. chopped oregano leaves
1 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
kosher salt
olive oil
lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a large pot of well salted water to a boil.
Cook linguine according to directions.

In a large skillet, saute the garlic in olive oil.
Remove garlic once it's golden brown.
Add the wine and clam juice and clams.
Cook the liquid down a bit and then add
the butter. Bring the liquid to a boil and add
the pasta and herbs. Turn off the heat and
add the grated cheese. Finish with drizzle of
olive oil and squirt of lemon.
Toss vigorously to combine.
