Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
To make this dish using PANCIT CANTON noodles,
purchase the Pancit egg noodles that look like
spaghetti noodles in Asian Market.
Do not soak in water or broth but add
the noodles dry to the skillet after everything
has been sautéed.
