1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. hot water
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
2 c. powdered sugar
8 T. fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in one cup hot water and set aside to cool. In a large bowl mix cake mix, flour, oil, eggs, lemon extract and the cooled jello mixture. Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Pour batter in and bake at 350º for 40 minutes. Mix together powdered sugar and lemon juice. Spoon over hot cake (Mom always poked holes in the cake with a toothpick. Allow to cool.
