Ingredients:
Ingredients:
* one cut fryer chicken(3 to 4lbs)
* 3 cups ice water
* 1 Tbsp salt
* 3/4 tsp parsley
* 3/4 tsp chives
* 3/4 tsp tarragon leaves
* 2 tsp onion powder
* 2 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
* 2 1/2 tsp instant chicken bouillon
* 1/4 tsp seasoned pepper
* 1 1/4 cup flour
* oil for frying chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salt and ice water in a large pot. Soak chicken pieces in ice water for 2 to 4 hours. Keep ice cubes in the water to keep chicken cold. Blend all spices in an electric blender until fine. Add spice mixture to flour and stir until mixed.
Put part of flour and spice mixture in a plastic bag. Drain chicken and take a few pieces at a time and shake in the bag with the seasoned flour to coat. Keep repeating this step until all the chicken is coated with the flour mixture. Fry the chicken pieces in hot oil about 5 to 10 minutes on each side or until golden brown. They don't need to be fully cooked , just browned nicely. Remove from the fry pan and place on paper towels to drain. Place chicken in a roaster and bake uncovered in a 350º oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until done.
