Onion Crusted Chicken Recipe

4 pieces of chicken breasts(skinless, boneless)
1 stick of butter
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cans (3 oz.) Fried onion rings, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten the chicken breasts pieces slightly with kitchen mallet.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Melt butter and add dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Dip the chicken in the butter mixture and then roll in the onions.
Place in a buttered 9x13 pan, and then top with the remaining crumbs.
Drizzle remaining butter mixture over the chicken.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
