Potatoes, baked ( enough to fill casserole pan)
Salt
Pepper
Butter
Package of frozen broccoli
Velveeta Cheese slices
Bacon, fried and crumbled
Sour cream
Green onions
Chives

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes into quarters leaving skin on. Cover the bottom of the pan with the potatoes.
Sprinkle to taste with the salt, pepper and butter.
Boil the broccoli and drain.
Layer over the potatoes.
Top with slices of the cheese and bake at 350º long enough for the cheese to melt and drain into the potatoes.
Cover the dish with sour cream
Top with the crumbles bacon, chives and green onions.
